Waterworld, or the aquatic “Quasi-Mad Max,” wasn’t exactly the tidal-wave-causing epic it wanted to be; however, World’s steady flow of above-average action—and non-laborious pacing—made this 1995 Kevin Costner summer movie worth watching.
